Sermon: Confess to God and truly repent

Does the Bible teach confession of sins?  To whom? Did Christians always practice the “sacrament of confession”?  Do Christians sin? When you sin do you repent?  Are you truly repenting?  Do you have a worldly or truly biblical repentance?  Do you truly abhor sin? Godly vs. worldly repentance is discussed.
